What Rotenberg is referring to is the robust innovation in primary care focused on senior citizens, also known as Medicare beneficiaries. The company touts data showing they have clinically relevant interactions with their patients 45 times per year this compares with an industry average of 1.2 primary care visits per person each year (or up to seven per year in a Medicare population).įirefly’s mission is clear: healthcare that’s half the cost and twice as good.
